Ready to Land is a 6-week sprint designed to turn a clear decision into visible momentum.

  • Sharpen interview strategy and offer evaluation

  • Stop spreading effort across roles you don't actually want

 

Format:

  • Weekly group coaching calls (Thursdays + Mondays)

  • 6 individual 1:1 sessions (for interview prep, offer evaluation, sticky situations)

  • ~3 hours/week commitment

  • All recordings + resources in your learning dashboard
