Refunds & Booking Policies

At Mel Fox Dhar Coaching LLC, I believe in clarity and trust. This page outlines what you can expect when booking coaching services — from how sessions are delivered to how refunds and cancellations work.

 

Coaching Format & Delivery

All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom.

  • Video is preferred for building connection and depth, but it is optional.

  • Video and audio are recorded during the call to generate an audio transcript for your reference.

  • Additional materials may include audio transcripts, worksheets, activities, and curated resources to support your goals.

 

Coaching Packages

Coaching is offered in packages unless otherwise agreed.

  • The format, frequency, and number of sessions will be confirmed in your personalized Coaching Agreement, which outlines the Coaching Plan.

  • If you’re not sure what package is right for you, we’ll work that out together before starting.

 

Payment & Currency

  • All fees are quoted and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients in the U.K. may pay in British Pounds (GBP) via Stripe or bank transfer.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you choose to pay in installments, your payment information will be saved in Stripe to support this plan.

  • You are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Missed sessions that aren’t rescheduled within 30 days will be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If I ever need to reschedule, I’ll offer timely alternatives to ensure you receive the full value of your coaching package.

 

Client Responsibilities

To get the most out of our work together:

  • Arrive on time and minimize distractions.

  • Come prepared with reflections or questions.

  • Take responsibility for applying insights and doing the work between sessions.

  • If something feels off or you’re not getting what you need — raise it! Coaching is a collaborative process, and it’s your responsibility to bring up concerns so we can address them together.

 

Refund Policy

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable after the first 30 days from your first session.

  • If you cancel within the first 30 days and have unused sessions remaining, you may request a refund for the unused portion.

  • After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, even if sessions remain.

  • That said, I want this to be a valuable investment. If the coaching truly isn’t working for you, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss what’s going on — and I’ll always aim to be fair.

 

Ongoing Program Cancellation

  • Either of us may cancel the coaching relationship with two weeks’ written notice.

  • Any prepaid sessions not yet used may be refunded at my discretion, or credited for future services, unless otherwise specified in your Coaching Agreement.

 

Security & Payment Information

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant platform.

  • Your payment data is encrypted and protected. I do not store your credit card information directly.

  • If you select a payment plan, Stripe will store your payment method securely for ongoing billing.
