Land + Thrive supports the full arc of a meaningful career move, structured across four phases:
Phase 1 — Identity + Positioning. Reconnecting with what you want this next chapter to be. Naming what your current environment has made invisible — the things you treat as normal that are actually rare.
Phase 2 — Targeting + Strategy. Defining the role, scope, and environment you're aiming for. Building the criteria you'll evaluate every opportunity against - and shaping the brief for your resume and LinkedIn rewrite.
Phase 3 — Execution + Interview Readiness. Active search. Translating your work for external audiences. Preparing for interviews that range from structured loops to unstructured strategy conversations.
Phase 4 — Decision + Transition. Offer evaluation, negotiation, and a 90-day plan for entering the new role with intention — establishing credibility, navigating the new culture, setting precedent for how you operate.
12–15 sessions. Phase 4 begins after you've accepted an offer.

Most engagements: $6,497 - $8,997 USD
Timeline: 6-9 months, paced to fit life and work.
The fee can be split into up to 6 payments, no extra cost.
Full refund within the first 2 sessions if it's not the right fit.
